فارسی
Farsi, also known as Persian, is the official language of Iran, Afghanistan (where it's called Dari), and Tajikistan (where it's called Tajiki). It belongs to the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family and has over 110 million speakers worldwide. The language is written in a modified version of the Arabic script and reads from right to left. Modern Persian has been significantly influenced by Arabic, particularly in its vocabulary, though its grammar remains distinctly Indo-European.
